摘　　要：本设计以研究图像处理为中心,对木料产品雪糕棒图像进行处理与检测作为研究的重点,设计了基于雪糕棒等木料产品检验机图像识别软件,利用开源计算机视觉库OpenCV2.4.8和Microsoft Visual Studio 2010组建实验平台,实现了对雪糕棒图像的检测、对图像的二值化与轮廓提取、填充、分析进行了代码实现、运用迭代器算法实现对图像特征的分析与识别,最终实现对雪糕棒次品剔除目的。Focusing on the image processing research, and setting the ice-cream bar image processing and testing as the study subject, the image recognition software in inspecting machine for wood products like ice-cream bars is designed in this paper. The experimental platform is formed by using the open source computer vision library OpenCV2.4.8 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to achieve the detection of ice-cream bar image, the image binarization and contour extraction, filling, analysis of the code, the image feature analysis and recognition with an iterator algorithm, and ultimately to achieve the purpose of removing the defective cream bars.
