高效多功能高压综合试验台的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的:研制一种高效多功能高压综合试验台,用以解决X线设备的专业维修技术问题,实现各种待测X线球管曝光试验及检测、维修、校准。方法:根据X线机的工作原理、维修实践和专业维修特点,设计集X线球管检测、高压发生器检测、绝缘油耐压试验与焦点校准装置等于一体的综合检测设备,基本结构包括电源电路、高压调节电路、高压控制电路、保护电路、灯丝稳压及调节电路、旋转阳极启动电路(低速和高速)、电动控制器电路、测量显示电路等。结果:该高压综合试验台测试功能多、性能可靠、功耗低、设备安全稳定,可为检测、维修提供依据。结论:该高压综合试验台可满足多型号X线设备的高压部分试验与维修需求,方便快捷地查明故障原因及故障部位,大大地提高了检测和维修的效率。Objective To develop a high-efficiency multifunctional high-voltage integrated test table to facilitate the expo- sure experiment, detection, maintenance and calibration of the X-ray tube. Methods The test table had the functions of X- ray tube detection, high voltage generator test, insulation oil withstanding test and focal point calibration, and was composed of the power cuicuit, high voltage regulation circuit, high voltage control circuit, protective circuit, filament voltage stablizing and control circuit, low-and high-speed rotating anoed starting circuit, electromotive controller circuit, measuring and dis- play circuit and etc. Results The test table had multi functions, high reliability, low power consumption and high stability. Conclusion The table can be used for the test and maintenance of the high-voltage components of multi types of X-ray e- quipment, and facilitates the determination of the fault causes and sites.
