摘  要:目的:研制一种在野战及抗震抢险救治中携带方便、操作简单、能满足急救固定要求的骨折固定材料。方法 :根据聚氨酯材料遇水在短时间内固化的原理,将高分子聚氨酯与张力及弹性优良的聚醚经特殊工艺编织成织布,根据不同骨折部位,设计出多种规格套筒样式,并在包装上设计成具有能使高分子凝固的储水设备。结果:该高分子套筒可与肢体贴附紧密,无需辅助材料,2~3 min即可完成操作,且携带方便、健康环保。结论:该高分子套筒在使用方法、适用部位、固定效果、安全舒适度等方面均有明显优势,特别适用于野外作业、自然灾害、交通事故、战争等领域中的紧急骨伤救助。Objective To develop a portable, easily used and effective fracture fixation device for field conditions or earth- quake relief. Methods Polyurethane materials solidified in short time when meeting water, which was combined with high- tension and high-elasticity polyether to form braided fabric. Multiple types were designed for different sites of fracture, with the water-storage structure which made polymer polyurethane solidify. Results The device could attach closely with the body, and could complete fracture fixation in 2 to 3 min. Conclusion The device gains advantages in usage, application site, fixation efficiency and comfort, and can be used for emer^encv fracture fixation in field conditions and disaster rilief.
