摘　　要：目的：根据目前医院搬运重症患者的需要,研制一种变形式重症患者升降车。方法 ：在可变形四轮支架车顶部安装升降器,升降器前部安装手动轮轴,转动手动轮轴可收紧或放松升降器上的4条承重钢丝绳,进而将组合式担架及躺在担架上的重症患者同时升起或降下;支架车的每条车腿都可独自水平方向转动0~90°角,从而改变支架车的形状。结果：利用该升降车省时省力,只需2名操作人员就可将体质量约为95 kg的患者搬移到大型医疗设备上接受相应的检查和治疗。结论：该装置车腿高、可变形、适应范围广、承载质量大,解决了医护人员少的情况下搬移重症患者的困难,可为急诊患者争取宝贵的抢救治疗时间。Objective To develop a deformable lift trolley for the severe patients. Methods An elevator was placed on the top of the trolley, and a manual axle was put in front of the elevator which could be used to tighten or loosen four hearing steel wire ropes on the elevator in order to lift the patients. Each leg of the trolley could move in the horizontal direction with the angle range from 0 to 90° to realize the deformation of the trolley. Results Two staffs could transport a patient weighing 95 kg to a large medical equipment with the trolley. Conclusion The trolley can be used for severe patient trans- portation when only a few staffs are available.
