导湿、透汽舒适针织松紧带的研发

摘　　要：采用十字截面涤纶低弹丝、竹炭涤纶低弹丝、水溶性维纶和乳胶丝交织设计出导湿、透汽针织松紧带,通过溶掉松紧带中的水溶性维纶,再对松紧带进行亲水整理发现,松紧带的导湿、透汽性能都有明显提高;改变乳胶丝直径发现,随着乳胶丝直径的减小,松紧带的芯吸高度和透汽量都有所增加,且拉伸倍数与弹性回复率都符合标准要求。Using cross section polyester drawn textured yarn,bamboo charcoal polyester drawn textured yarn,water soluble vinylon and rubber latex thread,knitted elastic ribbons with wet transmission and vapor permeability were designed and woven,then some of them were hydrophilic finished after soluble vinylon dissolved in water.It was found that wet transmission and vapor permeability were obviously increased after hydrophilic finishing,while changing the diameter of rubber latex thread,the wicking height and vapor permeability amount of knitted elastic ribbons increased with the diameter decreased,draw ration and elastic recovery met the standard requirement.
