鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术与唇龈沟径路切除术的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术与唇龈沟径路鼻前庭囊肿切除术的临床疗效及术后随访情况。方法:186例鼻前庭囊肿患者随机分为唇龈沟径路切除术组(n=92例)和揭盖术组(n=94例)。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、术后面部肿胀程度、术后切口疼痛程度及随访情况。结果:揭盖术组患者手术时间、切口愈合时间及术中出血量均明显低于或少于唇龈沟径路切除术组(P<0.05);揭盖术组术后面部肿胀程度及切口疼痛程度较唇龈沟径路切除术组明显减轻(P<0.05);揭盖术组复发率明显低于唇龈沟径路切除术组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术具有手术时间短、出血少、术后恢复快、痛苦轻、术后复发率低等优点,值得临床广泛应用。Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy and postoperative of marsupialization and labiog- ingival groove approach in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst. Methods. 186 patients with nasal vestibular cyst were randomly divided into labiogingival groove approach resection group （n=92 cases） and marsupialization group（n： 94 cases）. The operation time, intraoperative amount of bleeding, wound healing time, postoperative facial swelling, postoperative incision pain and follow up of two groups were compared. Results： The operation time, incision healing time and intraoperative bleeding volume of marsupialization group were significantly lower than those of labiogingival groove approach resection group （P〈0.05）. Compared with labiogingival groove approach resection group, the facial swelling and incision pain after marsupialization in marsupialization group significantly reduced（P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of marsupialization group was significantly lower than that of labiogingival groove approach resection group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The treatment of marsupialization for nasal vestibular cyst has many advantages, such as shorter operation time, less bleeding, faster postoperative recovery, less pain, low recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical application.
