摘　　要：热休克蛋白22(HSP22)是小分子HSP家族中的重要成员,细胞在外界各种物理、化学、微生物以及精神等应激下可诱导其表达,在各种组织中特别是脑、心肌、骨骼肌中呈高表达。HSP22在保护心肌细胞生存、抗缺血损伤、抗心肌重构以及炎性反应中都有着积极的作用,有望成为心血管疾病治疗方式的潜在途径。HSP22 is an important member of small molecular weight heat shock protein （HSP） family, the stimulation of physical, chemical, microbial and mental stress can induce the expression of HSP22 in the cell, presenting high expression in a variety of normal tissues, especially high detected in brain, heart and skeletal muscle. HSP22 seems to play a critical role in the maintenance of cardiac cell survival, anti-ischemia injury, anti-cardiac remodeling and inflammatory reaction. HSP22 may be a new potential strategy of cardiovascular diseases.
