摘 要:通过对贵州红枫湖水库水体的2013年7~8月、2013年10~11月、2014年1~2月共6次采样,研究了水中异味物土臭素(GSM)的时空分布模式,并探讨影响其分布的不同控制因素。红枫湖土臭素GSM浓度在季节上呈现显著的季节差异(p〈0.001),且丰水期〉平水期〉枯水期。空间分布表明,湖体南湖总体含量高于北湖,并且呈现自上游至下游两者浓度逐渐降低的趋势;支流GSM总体含量显著低于湖体,表明湖体GSM主要由水库内源产生。进一步研究发现,红枫湖水库的水质参数TP、TN和叶绿素a与GSM之间普遍存在显著的正相关关系,表明这些参数对于GSM的分布起着重要作用。in this study, we took water samples from Hongfeng Lake Reservoir, Guizhou in July, Au- gust, October and November of 2013, and in January and February of 2014, in total 6 times, in or- der to investigate the temporal and spatial distribution of the geosmin and the affect of different fac- tors. The result showed that, geosmin concentration in Hongfeng Lake presented a significant season- al differences ( p 〈 0.001 ), and was in the order as in the wet season 〉 normal season 〉 dry sea- son. The spatial distribution showed that the overall geosmin content in south part of the lake was higher than in the north part, and decreased from upstream to downstream. The geosmin concentra- tions in the branches were considerably lower than in the reservoir, implying that the geosmin was mainly produced by the source within the reservoir. Further study found a significant positive correla- tion between geosmin and water quality parameters such as TP, TN and chlorophyll a, indicating that these parameters played an important role to the geosmin distribution.
