应用微生物专业创新型人才培养的思考

摘　　要：针对应用微生物学科人才应试能力强,但创新能力较差等问题,分析了该学科的人才培养发展态势及当前所面临的问题,并提出加强大学生创新能力的培养,增进学生对所学知识的理解和运用,着力提高学生提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的实际工作能力等五方面的措施,.Analysed the questions of development trends and current issues, such as, the ability of exam is strong, the ability of innovate is poor and so on, during the training for applied microbiology student. Proposed measures, enhanced training of innovation ability for college students, enhance student ability on what they have learned to understand and use, and strive to improve students ask questions, analyze and solve problems of practical work.
