摘  要:采用中频感应提拉法生长出?55mm×100mm的好质量Lu3Al5O12∶Pr(Pr∶LuAG)晶体,并对晶体进行X线粉末衍射(XRD)测试,计算了晶胞参数,测试了晶体室温下的透过率、X线激发发射谱、脉冲高度谱和脉冲形状谱。实验结果表明,Pr∶LuAG晶体的发光中心波长为308nm,光输出为19 000光子/MeV,能量分辨率为7.2%@662keV,衰减时间为23ns。Pr : LuAG single crystal in size of 5g555 mm×100 mm was grown by Cz method with radio frequency heating, and this crystal was verified to be good quality. The cell parameters of Pr: LuAG single crystal were calcu- lated based on the data of XRD. The transparency,XEL,light yield and decay time also were measured at room tem- perature. The experimental results showed that the emission light of Pr= LuAG single crystal was centered at 308 nm,the light yield was about 19 000 photons/MeV, the energy resolution was about 7.20% @ 662 keV gama ray exciting, and the decay time was about 23 ns.
