摘  要:在实验测试及分析矿用激光甲烷传感器特性的基础上,针对激光传感器测量气体时对温度敏感的不足,提出一种基于专家系统的随机逼近的激光传感器的温度补偿的方法。首先根据分析实验测试数据推导出测量甲烷浓度与温度影响的关系式,然后根据测试的随机温度建立了专家规则,并设计制作出传感器补偿部分电路,最后对温度补偿效果进行了验证。实验结果表明,在温度随机变化下减少了测试数据的波动,使补偿后测试时间和测量精度都有较大的改善。该方法可对矿井气体检测安全生产具有一定的参考价值。Based on the performance analysis of laser gas sensor and experimental test data, aiming at the insufficient that gas concentration measurement is sensitive to temperature, a temperature compensation method is presented for laser gas sensor, which is based on the expert system and stochastic approxima- tion method. Firstly, according to the analysis of test data, the relationship formula between gas concen- tration and the temperature is deduced. Then, the expert rule is established by the stochastic data of test, and compensation circuit of the laser gas sensor is designed. Finally, the experiments are carried out, the experimental results show that temperature compensation method reduced the fluctuation of stochastic temperature, and improved the test time and the measurement accuracy. The method will have reference value for the safety production of mine gas detection.
