摘  要:利用2002年IKONOS卫星影像、2009年航空胶片影像、2012年WorldView卫星影像和低空无人机数码影像对渭河干流西安到咸阳段进行3期监测,得到了渭河流域周边环境逐期变化的第一手准确成果资料。通过对监测成果地表覆盖及水利设施等数据的统计分析掌握了沿渭两岸跨河大桥、堤防工程、备防石设施、景观建设、湿地演变、地表覆盖及周边环境的变化信息。讨论了产生这种变化的自然和社会原因及其对人类社会发展的影响。为渭河综合治理提供及时可靠的地理信息相关成果。The first-hand information on gradual changes of geographic conditions around Weihe River was obtained after 3 times of monitoring in trunk stream from Xir an to Xianyang by using IKONOS satellite image 2002, aero-film image 2009, WorldView satellite image 2012, and digital images from low altitude unmanned air vehicles. The data on changes of river bridges, embankment, facilities for reserved bricks, landscape, wetland, land cover and the neighboring environment was gained by statistically analyzing the first and cover resulted from remote sensing images monitoring, and the data about establishments for water conservancy. It discussed the natural and social causes of such changes, and their impacts on social development. It will provide timely and reliable results for the comprehensive treatment of Weihe River.
