注射填充术在面中部深层脂肪区域应用的方法和意义

摘　　要：目的：面中部深层脂肪（Deep Medial Cheek Fat,DMCF）与面中部形态密切相关,本文探讨通过对DMCF区域的注射充填治疗改善面中部形态的意义。方法：通过以DMCF的解剖学结构为基础而设计的注射充填方法可以有效增加DMCF区域组织体积,有效改善面中部各种不良形态。结果：本组共52例患者,均施行DMCF区域的注射充填手术,其中颗粒脂肪移植11例,修饰用透明质酸钠凝胶注射41例,随访2月~2年,取得良好治疗效果。结论：DMCF是一个标准的解剖结构,边界明确的,注射充填精确到位,可有效改善面中部形态。Objective To investigate the significance of the volumetric augmentation operation of DMCF（Deep Medial Cheek Fat）area. Methods The volumetric augmentation operation of DMCF based its precise anatomical Structures can improve the midface appearance. Results 52 patients were accepted the volumetric augmentation operation of DMCF.Among 52 patients,11 patients were accepted fat transplant operation,41 patients were accepted HA（hyaluronic acid）injection.Through 2- 24 months follow-up,most patients felt satisfaction. Conclusion The DMCF is a classic anatomical structure.It has well-defined boundary.So the volumetric augmentation operation of DMCF area can be precisely performed.This volumetric augmentation operation of DMCF can improve midface appearance.
