人性化护理在妇产科护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在妇产科护理中的临床护理效果。方法对我院收治的80例妇产科疾病患者资料进行分析,根据不同护理方法将患者分为对照组和干预组,对照组采用常规方法护理,干预组实施人性化护理,比较两组护理效果及护理满意度、心理状态。结果干预组总有效率为95.0%,明显优于对照组(总有效率为85.0%)(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组(满意率85.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前焦虑评分差异不显著(P>0.05);干预组护理后焦虑评分为(13.2±1.3)分,低于对照组(20.1±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理过程并发症发生率7.5%,显著低于对照组(17.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.94,P<0.05)。结论妇产科疾病患者治疗过程中实施人性化护理效果理想,能够提高临床治疗效果,改善患者焦虑等心理状态,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of humane care in obstetrics and gynecology care. Methods A total of 80 patients in our hospital in department of obstetrics and gynecology were analyzed, according to the different methods of care, all the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group, the con- trol group used conventional methods of care, the experimental group received humane care nursing. The effect of nurs- ing care, nursing satisfaction and mental state were compared between two groups. Results The efficacy rate of humane care program of experimental group（95.0%）, was significantly better than the control group （efficacy rate was 85.0%）, the difference was significant between two groups （P〈0.05）; The satisfactory rate for the humane care of experimental group （95.0%） was significantly higher than the control group （satisfaction rate was 85.0%）, the difference was signifi- cant between two groups （P〈0.05）; The anxiety scores of two groups of patients had no significantly different before treatment （P〉0.05）; After treatment, anxiety scores of the experimental group was（13.2±1.3） points, which was lower than in the control group （20.1±1.5） points, the difference was significant between two groups （P〈0.05）; The complication rate of experimental group in nursing process （7.5%） was significantly lower than the control group （complication rate was 17.5%）, the difference was significant between two groups （χ2=5.94, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing effect of hu- manistic in treatment of patients with diseases of obstetrics and gynecology is ideal, can improve clinical outcomes, im- prove patient anxiety and other psychological states, should be introduced.
