摘　　要：我国将信托监察人制度限于公益信托,但比较法表明其可以适用于包括家族信托的私益信托。从家族信托监察人的定位、任职资格、权利等角度,尝试构建我国家族信托监察人制度。According to the Chinese trust law, a supervisor is available only for the public trust. However, the comparative study indicates that, in some countries, a supervisor in a private trust is also possible. A blueprint about the family trust supervisor system was pictured and some basic problems, such as its functions, qualities, fights and so on were studied.
