摘  要:目的探讨大黄对重型颅脑损伤后应激性胃肠黏膜病变的预防作用。方法 45只大鼠随机均分为三组:A组行假手术;B组制备重型颅脑损伤模型;C组造模后大黄灌胃。结果造模24 h后,B、C组神经损害程度接近,但均低于A组(P<0.05);相较B组,C组胃黏膜血流更高、胃黏膜溃疡指数更低(P<0.05),血清胃泌素更高,组织CAT、SOD水平更高,血清AST更低(P<0.05)。溃疡指数与胃黏膜血流、血清胃泌素、组织CAT、SOD负相关,与血清AST正相关。结论大黄有助于预防急性应激性胃肠黏膜溃疡。Objective To investigate the preventive influence of rhubarb on severe head injury after stress gastrointestinal mucosa lesion. Methods All 45 adult rats were randomly divided into three groups: group A was did sham operation; group B made preparation model of severe traumatic brain injury; group C un- derwent gavage of rhubarb powder suspension after model. Results After 24 h modeling, neural damage degree of group B, C was close (P〉0.05), but was significantly lower than group A (P〈0.05); compared with group B, 24 h after gastric mucosal blood flow in group C was significantly higher, gastric mucosal ulcer index was significantly lower (P〈0.05) ; compared with group B, gastric mucosal blood flow in group C was higher, serum gastrin was higher, tissue CAT, serum SOD were significantly higher, AST were significantly lower (P〈0.05). UI were negatively correlated to ogastric mucosal blood flow, serum gastrin, tissue CAT, SOD, and positively correlated with serum AST (P〈0.05). Conclusion Rhubarb can help prevent acute stress gastrointestinal mucosa ulcer.
