摘 要:现今在我国很多高校中,大学生心理健康教育工作的开展刚刚起步,尚未形成较系统的体系。即使很多高校都开设了大学生心理健康的相关课程,也配以专业的教师,但是理论同实践还是存在着一定的差距,在课程进行的过程中无法将理论深入学生内心,导致心理健康教育这一课程没有引起当代大学生应有的兴趣及重视。本文讨论情绪心理学在大学生心理健康教育教学中的应用,研究如何使大学生心理健康教育相关的工作有效发展,为大学生的茁壮成长及进步添砖加瓦。Now in many of our colleges and universities, the men- tal health education of college students has just started, and a systematic system has not formed yet. Even though many colleges and universities have offered courses related to the mental health education of college students, also supported by professional teachers, there is still a big gap between theory and practice, and theory cannot be accepted thoroughly in the process of curricu- lum teaching, leading to the consequence that mental health edu- cation, as a course, cannot arouse contemporary college students' interest and attention. This article discusses the role of emotional psychology in the mental health education and teaching of college students, and explores how to effectively implement the work re- lated to the mental health education of college students, hoping to contribute to the sturdy growth and progress of college students.
