摘  要:目的探讨维持性血液透析患者炎症细胞因子与骨质疏松的关系。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月在我院血液透析中心行维持性血液透析〉3个月的患者80例,其中确诊骨质疏松42例,余38例同期维持性血液透析未合并骨质疏松的患者作为对照组。检测IL-6、TNF-α、C反应蛋白及生化指标。结果维持性血液透析合并骨质疏松的患者血红蛋白低于对照组,而iPTH及碱性磷酸酶均高于对照组,骨质疏松组炎症因子水平IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均高于对照组。结论 IL-6、TNF-α和C反应蛋白与骨质疏松呈负相关,年龄、糖尿病、炎症因子、碱性磷酸酶及iPTH均为骨质疏松的危险因素。Objective To explore the relations between inflammatory cytokines and osteoporosis in patients under maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 80 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis in the hemodialysis center in our hospital for over three months from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected, among whom 42 patients were diagnosed as osteoporosis, and the other 38 patients without the complication with osteoporosis who received maintenance hemodialysis at the same period of time were selected as the control group. IL-6, TNF-α, C-reactive pro- rein and biochemical index were tested. Results Hemoglobin of patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with osteoporosis was lower than that in the control group, while iPTH and alkaline phosphatase were both higher than those in the control group, and inflammatory cytokines of osteoporosis including IL-6, TNF-α and CRP levels were all higher than those in the control group. Conclusion IL-6, TNF-α and CRP are negatively correlated with osteoporosis. Age, diabetes, inflammatory cytokines, alkaline phosphatase and iPTH are all risk factors of osteoporosis.
