摘 要:目的探讨肠道病毒71型(EV71)的检测方法。方法采用酶联免疫法(ELISA法)、免疫胶体金法(胶体金法)、荧光定量PCR法(PCR法)对1399例手足口病患儿的样本进行检测,并对检测结果进行卡方检验。结果1399例手足口病患儿样本ELISA法、金标法、PCR法结果的阳性率分别为37.8%、36.0%、39.8%,三种方法检验结果无显著性差异(χ2=4.197,P>0.05)。ELISA法与胶体金法及PCR法结果比较均无显著性差异(χ2=0.959,P>0.05;χ2=1.180,P>0.05);胶体金法与PCR法两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.26,P<0.05)。结论这三种肠道病毒71型(EV71)检测方法无显著差异,但胶体金法方便快捷,PCR法精准,ELISA法可作为常规使用。Objective To investigate the enterovirus 71 (EV71) detection methods. Methods Samples from 1399 children with hand, foot and mouth disease were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), immune colloidal gold method (colloidal gold method) and fluorescence quantitative PCR method (PCR method), and the chi-square test was conducted on these detention results. Results The positive rates of samples from 1399 children with hand, foot and mouth disease by the ELISA method, the gold standard method and the PCR method were 37.8%, 36.0% and 39.8%, respectively, without significant difference(x^2=4.197, P〉0.05). The colloidal gold method and the PCR method had no significant differences (x^2=0.959, P〉0.05; x^2=1.180, P〉 0.05). The colloidal gold method and the PCR method, had sig- nificant difference between the two methods (x^2=4.26, P〈0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference among the three enterovirus 71 (EV71) detection methods. But the colloidal gold method is more convenient, and the PCR method is more precise. ELISA method can be used for routine detection.
