摘  要:目的探讨炫速双源CT冠状动脉造影的心电编辑功能在房颤患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院及合作医院2014年2月~2015年4月间临床心电图提示有房颤并行炫速双源冠状动脉成像(coronary artery CT angiography,CCTA)检查的患者74例。记录32例无需心电编辑组和42例需要心电编辑组的平均心率、心率波动、心率变异率,并采用t检验比较42例需要心电编辑组编辑前后的图像评分。结果房颤患者无需编辑组和需编辑组心率比较平均心率、心率波动、心率变异分别为(84.32±15.26)次/min和(94.73±17.64)次/min、(23.69±10.43)次/min和(50.63±17.43)次/min、(0.46±0.12)和(0.79±0.23),差异具有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。心电编辑前后冠状动脉评分,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论通过选择适当的重组时相,双源CT对房颤患者能够部分改善冠状动脉图像质量。Objective To evaluate the application value of electrocardiographic editional function based on dual-source coronary artery CT angiography (CCTA) definition flash in atrial fibrillation patients. Methods A total of 74 atrial fibril- lation patients checked based on dual-source CCTA definition flash from Feb 2014 to Apr 2015 were retrospective an- alyzed. Average heart rate, heart rate fluctuation and heart aberration rate of 32 patients without electrocardiographic editional function and other 42 patients with electrocardiographic editional function based on dual-source CCTA defini- tion flash were recorded. Meanwhile, image quality scores were compared of the 42 patients before and after electrocar- diographic edition. T test was performed between measurement data sets. Results Average heart rate, heart rate fluctua- tion and heart aberration rate of patients without electrocardiographic editional function and patients with electrocardio- graphic editional function based on dual-source CCTA definition flash was (84.32±15.26) times/rain and (94.73±17.64) times/min, (23.69±10.43) times/rain and (50.63±17.43) times/min, (0.46+0.12) and (0.79±0.23) respectively. Statistical differences were found between patients without electrocardiographic editional function and patients with electrocardio- graphic editional function in average heart rate, heart rate fluctuation and heart aberration rate (P〈0.05). Statistical dif- ferences were found in the image quality scores of the 42 patients before and after electrocardiographic edition (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Partially improvement of image quality in dual-source CCTA definition flash is found through ap- propriate recombination of time phase.
