摘 要:目的探讨多普勒超声检测静脉导管及大脑中动脉血流参数预测胎儿窘迫的价值。方法对2013年3月~2014年1月在我院产检的102例孕妇进行多普勒超声检测,根据胎儿情况分为正常组和胎儿窘迫组。结果两组胎儿DV参数(QDV/UV、PLI)、MCA参数(S/D、RI)及新生儿Apgar评分差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论多普勒超声通过检测静脉导管和胎儿大脑动脉血流各项指标可反映胎儿宫内缺氧情况,较为准确地了解胎儿的窘迫状况,进而降低新生儿的患病率和死亡率。Objective To investigate the value of Doppler ultrasound detection of blood flow parameters in venous catheter and middle cerebral artery for the prediction of fetal distress. Methods All 102 pregnant women who received antenatal examination in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2014 received Doppler ultrasound detection and were divided into the normal group and the fetal distress group according to the fetal status. Results The two groups had sta tistieally significant differences in the fetal DV parameters(QDV/UV and PLI), MCA parameters(S/I) and RI) and Apgar score(P〈0.05). Conclusion Through detecting the indicators of venous catheter and fetal cerebral artery, Doppler ultrasound can reflect the fetal hypoxia situation and enables more accurate understanding of fetal distress, thus re- duces neonatal morbidity and mortality.
