在大学生中加强海洋国情与海洋危机教育的必要性

摘  要:按海洋经济占GDP的比重,我国正从"海洋经济大国"向"海洋经济强国"迈进,但我国的海洋国情教育远远没有跟上。在多届工科大学生中开展的我国海洋国情的调查表明,"80后"、"90后"大学生对我国的海洋国情知之甚少,与大学生应该具有的素养不符,与我国作为一个海洋大国的地位极不相称,且这种状况与十年前的调查结果没有实质性改变。追根溯源,在于我国现行教育中,由于教材体系、教育体制等原因,造成了我国中学教育阶段国情与素质教育中海洋国情教育的空白或缺失。在中学关于海洋国情教育没有实质性改变的情况下,在作为国家未来栋梁的大学生中加强我国的海洋国情、海洋权益与海洋危机教育,树立蓝色国土与危机意识很有必要。According to the marine economy share of GDP, China is striding forward from a "marine economic power" to a "marine economic giant", but the education of our marine national condi- tions has not kept up. It is shown in the survey of China's marine national conditions carried out among engineering university stu- dents from several grades, that "post-g0s" and "post-90s" uni- versity students know little about China's marine national condi- tions, which does not conform to the quality university students should have and does not match China's status as a marine pow- er, but the situation has not been substantially changed compared to the findings a decade ago. Tracing the source, it is the prob- lems in our current textbook and education system that lead to the blank or lack of marine national conditions education in China's secondary education. As there is no substantive change in the e- ducation of marine national conditions, it is necessary to enhance the education of marine national conditions, maritime rights and interests and marine crises, and establish a sense of blue territory and crisis among university students, as the future national pil- lars.
