摘　　要：城市社区居民自治是社区基层民主的高级形式,也是社区建设的核心和终极目标。本文以南京某社区为例,通过对该社区的观察和访谈,了解社区居民自治的应用情况及邻里互助网络的构建现状,从中发现问题并分析其原因,从而探索出城市社区居民自治和邻里互助网络构建的合理路径。Urban community residents＇ autonomy is a senior form of community grassroots democracy, as well as the core and ulti- mate goal of community construction. With a community of Nan- jing as the example, through observation and interview, we learned about the application situation of community residents＇ autonomy as well as the current situation of neighborhood mutual aid network construction, intending to find problems existing and analyze the causes, so as to explore proper ways for urban com- munity residents＇ autonomy and neighborhood mutual aid net- work construction.
