摘 要:针对电火花线切割传统走丝方式存在的优缺点,提出了一种新型无限循环单向走丝方式。基于空间螺旋线形成机理,设计了由6根导丝杆组成的走丝机构,采用导丝杆轴套和空间交错轴布局的方案,构建了新型走丝机构三维模型,并加工、装配得到机构原型样机。提出了双平面导丝方案,实现了电极丝双平面运动。并对电极丝运动过程中可能存在的打滑问题进行了建模分析,提出了防止打滑的技术措施。Based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the traditional reciprocating wire traveling mode for WEDM,a new wire traveling mode called circulated unidirectional traveling device is devised. On the basis of the formation principal of spatial helix ,the circulated unidirectional traveling wire winding mechanism which consists of six guiding rods is designed. The guiding rods are aligned in a tilt angle which are implemented with specially designed shaft sleeves. The 3D model of the wire winding mechanism is created and its prototype is made. To realize wire biplane motion ,the biplane wire guiding scheme is proposed. The possible wire slipping during running is modeled and analyzed,the measures of preventing the wire slipping is proposed as well.
