摘  要:内河架空直立式码头的传统力学特性测试技术弊端明显,为了更方便和快捷地获得码头应变场、位移场和应力与荷载的变化规律,介绍了两种新型结构检测方法。压敏涂料变色技术是将一种由特殊材料制成的具有压力传感器功能的压敏涂料涂到模型表面上,在特定波长激发光照射下,涂料发射出荧光,从而了解结构在荷载作用下的受力性能;基于数值散斑原理的高速摄像机成像技术(DSCM)是基于计算机视觉,以非接触测量的方法上对变形体变形前后的两幅数字图像进行精确图像处理,达到求解变形体应变场的目的。这两种新型技术可以在无损和全景的基础上,快速精确地得到结构的受力情况,从而为码头结构的优化设计提供参考。The traditional test technology on mechanical characteristics of inland river overhead vertical wharf has disadvanta-ges. To conveniently obtain the strain field, displacement field and relationship between load and deformation of wharf structure, we introduce two new structure detection methods. The pressure sensitive paint color changing technology ( PSP) sprays a pres-sure sensitive paint made from a special material with pressure sensor function on the model surface, and the the paint on model surface will emit fluorescence under light excitation of specific wavelength, so the mechanical property of model structure could be mastered. The high speed camera imaging technology based on digital speckle ( DSCM) makes accurate image process ( by MAT-LAB) on two digital images before and after the structure deformation in a non-contact way, which can obtain the structure strain field. The two methods can quickly and accurately get the mechanical condition of structures in a non-destructive and panoramic way, which can provide reference for optimal layout design of wharf structures.
