右美托咪定与丙泊酚联合地佐辛在子宫切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究右美托咪定与丙泊酚联合地佐辛在子宫切除术中应用。方法抽取2013年4月—2013年12月在该科室需进行子宫切除的患者64例,分为右美托咪定组和丙泊酚组,每组32例。分别联合地佐辛进行麻醉,术中持续监测平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、呼吸频率(RR),并进行牵拉反应测定。将二组结果进行比较。结果右美托咪定组MAP在T1、T2、T3、T4时>丙泊酚组,在T5时<丙泊酚组;SpO2和RR比较,T2、T3时,右美托咪定组>丙泊酚组;右美托咪定组牵拉反应优良率>丙泊酚组优良率。其中,各组数据比较均有P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论丙泊酚对循环和呼吸功能的影响较右美托咪定更大,镇静效果低于右美托咪定。Objective To research effect of Dexmedetomidine and Diprivan combined with Dezocine applied in the hysterectomy. Methods Totally 68 patients who needed hysterectomy were selected as subjects in author＇s hospital from April 2013 to December 2013, divided them into Dexmedetomidine group and Diprivan group, 32 cases in each group. Separately combineded with Dezocine for anesthesia, and compared the results of two groups in continuous monitoring of heart rate {HR）, mean arterial pressure （ MAP）, blood oxygen saturation （SpO2 ）, respiratory rate （RR）, examed force reaction. Results Dexmedetomidine group＇s MAP was higher than that of Diprivan group at TI, T2, T3, T4 and was lower than that of Diprivan group at Ts. Dexmedetomidine group＇s SpO2 and RR were higher than that of Diprivan group at Tz and T3. The excellent and good rate of Dexmedetomidine group＇s traction reaction was higher than that of Diprivan group. Each of the groups＇ data was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Adverse re- action on circulation and respiration function of Diprivan is even bigger than that of Dexmedetomidine, and the sedative effect of Dexmedetomidine is better.
