舒适护理在手术室护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理在手术室护理中应用对患者应激反应和对护理满意度的影响。方法将2013年11月—2014年5月入住我院的实施舒适护理的120例手术患者为观察组,将2013年4—10月入住我院的实施常规护理的120例手术患者为对照组。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)和自制满意度调查问卷,比较二组手术患者的焦虑情况和对护理的满意率。结果观察组患者的焦虑程度低于对照组,观察组患者对护理的满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过舒适护理在手术室中的应用,可以减轻手术患者的焦虑程度,缓解患者的应激反应,提高患者的满意度,进而提高患者的生存质量。Objective To study the influence of comfort care to the stress response and satisfaction rate of patients in the operating room. Methods From Nov. 2013 to May 2314, 120 cases of surgery patients were treated by comfort care who were in the observation group. From the Apr. 2013 to Oct. 2013, another 120 cases of surgery patients in authors hospital were treated by the routine nurse care who were in the control group. Then the Self- Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the satisfaction rates of the two groups were com- pared. Results The anxiety level of comfort care group was lower than the routine nurse care group, but the satisfaction rate was higher than the routine nurse care group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of the comfort care in the operation room can provide comfort care to surgery patients, it can reduce the anxie- ty degree of the patientsw relieve stress response, and improve the satisfaction rates of the patients, and improve their life quality.
