护理不良事件高发的时间分析及对策

摘　　要：目的通过对某三甲医院2013年上报的210例护理不良事件进行分析,发现不良事件发生的高峰时间段,探讨减少不良事件发生的对策,保障患者的安全。方法对2013年全院发生护理不良事件的具体时间段进行分析。结果不良事件高发的主要时间段集中在交接班前后的时间段,不良事件发生率>10例/h均为交接班前后的时间段。结论护理不良事件好发于交接班前后时间段,加强重点时间段的管理,制定有效措施,树立护理人员的安全意识,合理配备人力,提高护理人员的专业技术技能,营造安全的工作环境,可降低护理不良事件的发生率。Objective To analyze the incidence of nursing adverse events in each period per day in order to find methods to reduce the incidence of adverse events. Methods A total of 210 cases of nursing adverse e- vents in a grade A class 3 hospital reported in 2013 were studied retrospectively and analyze the period time （in hours） of high incidence. Results The main period of high incidence was concentrated in the period be- fore and after shifting of duty, and the incidence of adverse events more than 10 times per hour were focus on time period before and after shifting of duty. Conclusions Nursing adverse events mainly occurre in shifting of duty period. It can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events strengthening the management, formulating effective measures, establishing the safety awareness of nursing staff, equipping with manpower rationally, improving the professional skills of nursing staff, and creating a safe working envi- ronment.
