摘 要:套管整形完卸载后,其内部会有残余应力,严重降低了套管的抗挤压强度和承载能力。利用弹塑性力学理论,推导出整形套管残余应力的计算模型,然后用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立P110套管整形复合系统的三维有限元模型,研究整形后不同滑块锥角下套管径向和环向残余应力的分布规律,尤其是最长残余应力带的应力分布。研究结果表明:锥角70°的径向残余应力带以条状的形式分布,环向残余应力带以片状形式分布;径向残余应力具有内压外拉规律,环向残余应力与整形部位有关;最长环向残余拉应力的仿真值与理论值吻合较好。本文建立的有限元模型是可靠的,且综合套管抗挤压强度和整形效率来看,建议整形工具的滑块锥角在70°~80°范围内选取。The residual stress remains in the internal of casing after repairing unload, and the collapse strength and load ca- pacity of casing were severely reduced. The residual stress of casing repairing model was deduced in the use of Elastic-plas- tic theory. A three-dimensional finite element model of repairing composite system for P110 casing was established using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. According to this model, the distribution law of casing radial and circumferential residual stress was analyzed on different slider cone angles after repairing, especially the longest residual stress band. The results show that:the radial residual stress band of cone angle 70~ appeared in the form of strip, while the circumferential generally appeared in the form of patchy. Radial residual stress shows that the outer surface stress is tensile and the inner is compressive, while circumferential residual stress is related with the repairing parts. Simulation and theoretical values of the longest circumferential tensile residual stresses are in good agreement. So finite element model established in this paper is reliable, and combine compressive strength and repairing efficiency factors, the repairing tool is recommended to select the slider cone angle within 70°- 80°.
