摘　　要：为了解患者对区域协同医疗服务模式的满意状况及影响因素,采用自制调查问卷,运用分层抽样和随机抽样方法,分析了影响患者区域协同医疗服务模式满意度的因素。结果表明,患者对区域协同医疗服务模式的认知度低,婚姻状况、家庭收入、看病费用、模式了解、是否采用该模式以及价格比较对满意度有显著影响。通过区域协同医疗服务模式,可全面提高基层医疗卫生机构的服务和保障能力,为当地患者提供安全、有效、廉价和方便的卫生服务,有效缓解医患纠纷。In order to understand the satisfaction of patients on the regional cooperative medical service and influence fac- tors, by using self - made questionnaire and stratified sampling and random sampling methods, the factors that affect patients＇ satisfaction on regional cooperative medical service mode are analyzed. The result shows that low awareness, marital status, family income, medical expenses ,understanding of mode, whether used of the model and price comparison have an obvious influence on the satisfaction of patients. The regional cooperative medical ＂service mode can improve grassroots of medical services and support capability of health institutions, it can provide Safe, effective, cheap and convenient health services for the local patients,and can effectively alleviate doctor-patient dispute.
