低剂量CT胸部筛查在健康体检人群中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨320层容积CT低剂量扫描在胸部健康体检中的实际应用价值。方法回顾性分析北京军区天津疗养院健康管理中心2013-12—2014-01 40岁以上行低剂量（120 k V,20 m A）胸部CT筛查人员380人,对辐射剂量值进行统计,并对图像质量及肺部病变进行综合分析。结果所有人员均顺利完成扫描,图像均达到诊断标准,共发现胸部异常人员185例217种阳性征象,其中单发阳性征象160例,两种及两种以上阳性征象25例。DLP值32.30~66.90（m Gy·cm）,均值为（44.30±4.10）（m Gy·cm）,有效辐射剂量值ED值为（0.75±0.07）m Sv。结论320层容积CT低剂量扫描可用于40岁以上人群大规模胸部体检。Objective To evaluate the practical application value of low-dose CT chest screening with 320 slice vol- ume in health examination. Methods The materials of 380 people over 40 years old who were scanned with low dose （120 kV, 20 mA） CT chest screening fi＇om December 2013 to January 2014 at the Health Management Center in Tian- jin Sanatorium of Beijing Military Region were retrospectively analyzed.The radiation dosage values were conducted statistically and the image quality and pulmonary lesions were analyzed. Results All people successfully completed the scanning and the images met with the diagnostic criteria. 185 people were found chest abnormalities with 217 positive signs, including 160 cases with single positive signs, 25 cases with two or more than two kinds of positive signs.DLP was 32.30- 66.90 （mGy·cm）, the mean value was（44.30 ± 4.10）（mGy· cm）.The effective radiation dose（ED） value was（0.75 ＋ 0.07）mSv.Conclusion The method of low-dose CT chest screening with 320 slice volume can be used for large scale chest physical examination of people over the age of 40.
