生理盐水与肠外营养液同时匀速输注预防静脉炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外周静脉肠外营养液与生理盐水同时匀速输注预防静脉炎的效果。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院急救中心重症监护室2014年1-12月行静脉滴注肠外营养液的患者45例,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用单独肠外营养及生理盐水与肠外营养同时匀速输注,观察两组患者静脉炎发生情况。结果观察组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,并且病变级别明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发生静脉炎的时间为(2.56±0.71)d,明显长于对照组的(1.96±0.65)d(t=2.899,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。两组患者输注肠外营养液后血浆白蛋白和淋巴细胞总数变化无明显差异。结论单静脉双通道,生理盐水与肠外营养液同时匀速输注的方法简单、方便、有效,可显著降低静滴过程中可能出现的不良反应,减轻了患者的痛苦,给临床护理带来方便,提高了工作效率,具有现实指导意义。Objective To explore the effects of prevention of phlebitis by suing uniformly intravenous drip- ping normal saline and parenteral nutrient solution with peripheral single intravenous route. Methods 58 cases of EICU patients were treated with Three liters bag （Parenteral nutrient solution） by using Peripher- al intravenous route from January to December 2014. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observer group. The control group were dripped three liters bag （parenteral nutrient solution） or normal saline by using Peripheral single intravenous route; The observer group were treated with three liters bag （parenteral nutrient solution） and normal saline with peripheral intravenous route by a uniform method of intravenous dripping at the same time, observing the complications of the phlebitis. Results Compared with control group. The observer group with the complications of the phlebitis were lower and phlebitis were delayed, and data analysis showed a significant difference between them （P 〈0.05）, the re- suits also showed there was no significant difference between the changes of plasma albumin and total lym- phocyte count （TLC） levels in nutrition of the two methods. Conclusion The method with the dual-chan- nel single intravenous. Intravenous dripping saline infusion and parenteral nutrition on a uniform method atthe same time is simple, convenient and effective to clinical care, It would significantly reduce the compli cation of intravenous infusion, alleviate the suffering of patients.
