补气益肾平喘法联合穴位贴敷加磁疗治疗儿童哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补气益肾平喘法联合穴位贴敷加磁疗治疗儿童哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效及对患儿肺功能和免疫功能的影响。方法将120例发作期哮喘患儿随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用补气益肾平喘法联合穴位贴敷加磁疗的方法治疗,对照组60例静脉给予抗菌、平喘药物治疗。观察2组临床疗效、1年内发作次数及治疗前后肺功能、免疫功能变化情况。结果 2组治疗后均有效,肺功能均有改善,嗜酸性粒细胞计数均减少,但治疗组各项指标均优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组治疗后1年内发作次数较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),免疫功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后在发作次数、免疫功能方面较治疗前无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论补气益肾平喘法联合穴位贴敷加磁疗的方法能有效控制哮喘发作,改善患儿肺功能及免疫功能。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Buqi Yishen Pingchuan method combined with acupuncture point affixed Chinese medicine plus magnetotherapy clinical efficacy for acute exacerbation of asthma in children,and effects on lung function and immune function in children with asthma. Methods 120 cases of children with asthma attack were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group with 60 cases was treated with Buqi Yishen Pingchuan method combined with acupuncture point affixed Chinese medicine plus magnetotherapy,the control group with 60 cases was treated with asthma medication intravenous antimicrobial therapy. The clinical curative effect,relapse times within a year and the changes of lung function and immune function before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Results The curative effects were effective,lung function were improved and eosinophil cell count was decreased in both groups after treatment,and the improvements were more significant in treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. The relapse times within a year decreased and immune function was improved obviously compared with that before therapy in treatment group（ P〈0. 05）,but the changes of relapse times and immune function in the control group were not significant after therapy（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Buqi Yishen Pingchuan method combined with acupuncture point affixed Chinese medicine plus magnetotherapy can effectively alleviate the exacerbation of asthma and improve lung function and immune function in the children.
