摘 要:针对多功能电能表电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度(EFT/B)试验产生的问题,通过对瞬变脉冲群产生的机理及其特点分析,提出基于软硬件技术的电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰综合抑制方法,应用纵向扼流圈、优化电源滤波器等方式改进电源回路抗干扰能力;通过降低元器件寄生电容,增加专用隔离芯片,优化PCB板布局等措施来提高输入输出端和通讯端的抗干扰能力;同时应用递推式防脉冲平均值数字滤波法,来增强其软件部分稳定性和容错能力。实验结果表明,采取综合抑制措施后,多功能电能表电快速瞬变脉冲群抗干扰能力得到显著提高。Aiming at electrical fast transient bursts (EFT/B) immunity test problems of the multi-function energy me- ter, a comprehensive method of EFT/B interference suppression was proposed based on hardware and software improvement. The anti-interference ability of power supply circuit was improved by using longitudinal chokes and optimi- zing the power filter design. For some auxiliary circuits, such as the input, output and communication terminals, the anti-interference abilities were improved by reducing components parasitic capacitance, increasing dedicated isolation chip, and optimizing PCB layout. Meanwhile, the recursive digital filter algorithms were applied to enhance stability and fault tolerance capability of the software. The experiments for a multi-function electricity meter of EFT/B were made after adopting comprehensive suppression measures, and the results show the obvious improvement of the pro- posed methods.
