摘　　要：文章从解读"单独两孩"政策出发,分析新政策给妇幼保健服务工作带来的新挑战,并结合单位自身的一些具体做法,从省三级甲等妇幼保健院层面,讨论如何更好地应对"单独两孩"政策的实施。The implementation of ＂two - child fertility policy＂ for couple where either the husband or the wife is from a single child family has a positive effect on relieving stress of the social security system, the speeding of aging and other issues. It~ an important policy measure that is conducive to social stability and national progress. However, with the adjustment of policies to improve fertility, higher requirements are set to the number of maternal and child health services, quality and service resources and so on. From the interpretation of ＂two - child fertility policy＂, the article analyzes the new challenges of the new policy brought to maternal and child health services, referring to some of the specific practices in the authors＇hospital, and discusses how to better deal with the implementation of the new policy from the angle of provincial Grade A Level 3 MCH institutions.
