摘 要:基于人才战略管理理论,通过对21家企业的174名中层以上管理者进行调研,实证分析行为能力培训对人才战略管理的影响及其作用机理。研究表明,员工的态度和行为方式对组织绩效具有显著的正向影响,行为能力培训对当前组织的人才战略管理有积极的促进作用。如果员工具备较高的行为能力素质,他们能够更好地发挥技术能力去提升组织整体绩效水平;如果缺乏对行为能力的管理,则会影响员工个人真实能力的有效发挥乃至整个组织的目标实现。Based on talent strategic management, this study investigates the 21 companies more than 174 middle managers, empirical analyses the influence of behavioral training on talent strategic management and its mechanism. The results show that employee attitudes and behavior have a significant positive impact on organizational performance; behavioral training has a positive role for current organizational talent strategic management. If employees have a higher behavioral quality, they are able to better play the technical capabilities to enhance the organization's overall performance level; on the contrary, it will affect employees to effectively play real capacity and the entire organization to achieve goals.
