摘　　要：Software-as-a-Service(软件即服务),是随着互联网技术的发展和应用软件的成熟,在21世纪开始兴起的一种完全创新的软件应用模式。它是一种通过Internet提供软件的模式,厂商将应用软件统一部署在自己的服务器上,客户可以根据自己实际需求,通过互联网向厂商定购所需的应用软件服务,按定购的服务多少和时间长短向厂商支付费用,并通过互联网获得厂商提供的服务企业管理软件是面向企业的,能够帮助企业管理者优化工作流程,提高工作效率的信息化系统。企业管理软件重视系统功能的全面性,流程的可控性,技术的先进性,系统的易用性。SaaS产业显现出了明显的集合性倾向。这些被整合的平台允许订购SaaS服务的企业通过一个共同平台多点登陆从而实现移动办公的集成化。随着互联网风潮的发展,SaaS产业也在稳步增长。Software as a service is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. It is sometimes referred to as ＂on-demand software＂. SaaS is typically accessed by users using a thin client via a web browser. SaaS has become a common delivery model for many business applications, including office and messaging software, payroll processing software, DBMS software, management software, CAD software, development software, gamification, virtualization, accounting, collaboration, customer relationship management （CRM）, management information systems （MIS）, enterprise resource planning （ERP）, invoicing, human resource management （HRM）, talent acquisition, content management （CM） and service desk management. SaaS has been incorporated into the strategy of all leading enterprise software companies. One of the biggest selling points for these companies is the potential to reduce IT support costs by outsourcing hardware and software maintenance and support to the SaaS provider. As a result of widespread fragmentation in the SaaS provider space, there is an emerging trend towards the development of SaaS Integration Platforms （SIP）. These SIPs allow subscribers to access multiple SaaS applications through a common platform. They also offer new application developers an opportunity to quickly develop and deploy new applications. This trend is being referred to as the ＂third wave＂ in software adoption - where SaaS moves beyond standalone applications to become a comprehensive platform. Several industry players, including Salesforce, Microsoft, and Oracle are aggressively developing similar integration platforms. Another trend deals with the rise of software products that combine functions for human resource management, payroll accounting, and expense management as an all-in-one solution in promoting collaboration between an employer and an employee.
