摘　　要：通过对改革开放以来副省级城市GDP增速来研究城市经济发展是否具有"热手效应",笔者研究发现,14个副省级城市以五年计划计算GDP增速不具有持续性,但其中10个城市以五年计划计算GDP增速具有持续性。This paper studies whether the urban economic development has the ＂hot hand effect＂ by analyzing GDP growth rate of the sub-provincial cities since the reform and opening-up. The study found that the eco-nomic development is not sustainable in 14 sub-provincial cities as a sample, but it is sustainable in 10 subprovincial cities as a sample.
