摘  要:以非诺贝特酸和异丙醇为原料,大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂(D72)为催化剂合成非诺贝特,对影响反应的因素进行研究。实验表明:在非诺贝特酸用量0.2mol,n(异丙醇)∶n(非诺贝特酸)=4.5,甲苯100mL,催化剂D72树脂用量10g,反应2.5h的条件下,产物的收率可达86.7%,含量达99.9%(HPLC),催化剂重复使用5次,收率未见明显降低,其结构经IR、1 H NMR、13 C NMR确证。Fenofibrate was synthesized from fenofibrate acid and isopropyl alcohol in the presence of macroporous strong acid cation exchange resin(D72) catalyst. The influences of reaction conditions were investigated. The experimental results showed that the yield of the product reached 86.7% and the content was 99.3% when fenofibrate acid was 0.2 mol,the mole ratio of isopropyl alcohol to fenofibrate acid was 4.5, toluene were 100 mL the mass of D72 resin was 10 g, and the reaction time was 2.5 h. The catalyst could be reused for 5 times without an obvious derease of yield. The product structure was characterized by IR,^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.
