摘　　要：目的调查中国民航飞行学员的心理健康状况及人格特征,为今后开展招录阶段的心理健康筛查提供数据基础。方法采用MMPI-2简表对3420名中国民航飞行学员新生进行心理测评,并分析各量表数据。结果中美飞行学员在效度量表及临床量表所有得分差异均具有统计学意义。与中国普通人群相比,除轻躁狂Ma量表外,民航飞行学员的各临床量表结果均低于中国普通人群,其中至少有1个临床量表高于60T分的人数为21.23%,至少有2个临床量表高于60T分的人数为1.96%;应用主成分因子分析,飞行学员的13个基础量表结果可概括为防御-敏感因子、社会内向因子、精神病因子及女性化因子。结论中国民航飞行学员心理健康状况良好,与美国飞行学员相比,具有更多的女性化特质、及高活跃,低抑郁的性格特点。MMPI-2简表作为此群体的心理健康筛查工具,评判标准不可简单套用普通人的60T分区分点,应综合考虑飞行学员的年龄、性别特征,群体特点及合理淘汰率等因素。ObjectiveVTo ＂investigate the mental healtl~ status-and personality characteristics of airline pilot students and to explore a new method of psychological assessment for applicants of Chinese airline pilots. Methods Airline pilot applicants （n = 3420 ） were tested by brief MMPI-2 . The results were analyzed. Re- suits The differences of scores in the validity and clinical scales between American pilot students were statisti- cally significant. Except for Ma scale, the results of other clinical scales were lower than the general popula- tion, the number of which at least one clinical scale points higher than 60T was 21.23%, at least two clinical scales were 1.96%. The principal component factor analysis showed that, 13 base scale results of pilot students could be summarized as defense-sensitivity factor, introverted social factor, psychosis factor and femi-nine factor. Conclusion Chinese pilot students are in good mental health and have high active and low depressive characters. When MMPI-2 was used as the mental health screening tool, instead of simply using the gen-eral 60T discrimination point, the final cut-scores should also take the following factors into consideration, such as pilot student＇ s age, gender identity, population characteristics and reasonable phase-out rate.
