摘　　要：近代以来,枪支问题一直备受社会关注。在川西北游牧进程中,枪支问题的产生和发展是一个自然和普遍的现象。而随着游牧活动的式微和结束,枪支问题也就凸显与社会和经济生活的方方面面。枪支从生产工具向征战武器拓展,又从生产和征战中隐身于民间成为影响现实社会安定的隐患,这都对当今社会安全提出了严峻课题,需要严谨的诠释解读。The gun issue has been attracted great attention from all walks of life for a period of time. In the process of nomadism of northwest Siehuan, the emergence and development of the gun issue was a natural and prevalent phenomenon.However, with the decline and end of the nomadic activities, the problems of guns were highlighted in all aspects of social and economic life. Guns, means of production gradually developed into weapons in war, and then were hidden from production and war, finally was regarded as a hidden obstruction that may imperil the steadiness of the real society.Therefore, the problems of guns put forward a serious issue for society security nowadays and strict interpretations are required.
