摘　　要：新疆生产建设兵团六十年的发展引起了包括国际学者在内的一批学者的广泛关注,产出了数量可观的研究成果。现有新疆兵团的国内研究主要集中在兵团历史、经济、体制、城镇化、兵团人口与人力资源以及兵团精神与兵团文化六大宏观视野方面。国际研究仍然较多停留于意识形态领域。今后应加强新疆兵团中观、微观等民间层面研究,同时促进国内外学者间研究对话。For 60 years, the development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps gains scholars＇ widespread attention including the international scholars, which form considerable researches＇ results. The existing domestic researches mainly concentrate on the history, the economy, the political system, the urbanization, the population and human resources as well as the PCC culture. The international researches still much paused in the ideology domain. From now on, it should be strengthened from intermediate, microcosmic perspectives and as well as the folk angle, simultaneously promoted on academic dialogues between the domestic and overseas scholars.
