摘　　要：叙述了慢波线的模具设计，重点介绍最后一次弯曲成形的过程及特点，解决了零件成形过程中出现的弯曲同弹、四角内R、零件弯曲工序排位及零件定位等问题，以得到最佳优化成形方案，达到节约成本，提高￡卜产效率的日的，为同类产品的模具设计提供一定的参考。Design of slow wave line die was described. The process and characteristics of the last bend forming were discussed in detail. The bending springback in the forming process of the parts, the four corners, the bending position of the part and the positioning of the parts were solved. In order to get the best forming plan, the die can save cost and improve production efficiency.
