摘　　要：中药药性是指药物与疗效有关的性质和性能的统称,是中国历代医家的长期临床经验总结,主要包括四气五味、升降浮沉、归经、毒性等,但长期以来只有定性的描述而没有定量的标准。现对当前中药药性量化研究进展进行了归纳研究,总结分析了中药药性量化研究的特点和问题,并提出应在"源自临床,回归临床"的原则指导下,开展基于专家量表评估法的中药药性量化研究。Drug property of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is referred to properties and performance related of drugs and therapeutic, which is the experiences of long-term clinical by China＇ s ancient physicians, including the four properties, five tastes, channel-tropism and toxicity, but long-term since only qualitative description but no quantitative standard. This paper summarizes the current research progress on quantitative research of drug property, analyses the characteristics and problems of quantitative research of drug property, and proposed that should follow to the principle of ＂from the clinical, then return to the clinical＂, carry out the quantitative research of drug property by an expert scale methodology of TCM quantitative research.
