摘　　要：农业发展尤其是现代农业的发展离不开财政的支持,财政资源的稀缺性与农业支出需求的巨大矛盾,使得仅靠扩大财政支出规模是不可行的,根本出路在于提高财政农业支出效率。本文采用理论分析和实证测度的方法对我国现行财政农业支出效率进行评价,认为我国现行财政农业支出的规模、结构和使用效率都不高,并提出了提高我国财政农业支出效率的建议。Agricultural development,especially the development of modern agriculture is inseparable from the existence of financial support. There are contradictions between the scarcity of financial resources and the enormous needs of agricultural expenditure,so expanding the scale of fiscal spending alone is not feasible,and the fundamental way is to improve the efficiency of the fiscal expenditure on agriculture. The paper evaluates the efficiency of the existing agricultural expenditure based on theoretical analysis and empirical study,and the results show that the efficiencies of the current agricultural expenditure are not high. Finally,the paper proposes some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the fiscal expenditure of agriculture.
