摘  要:随着医学技术和水平与国际接轨需要,要求医务人员采用双语教学。在临床教学中使用双语教学给医务人员带来极大的困难。从目前情况看,双语教学存在起步难、推广难、过度难三大难题。解决思路一是加强医务工作者双语教学师资培训,转换教学观念,熟练掌握教学技巧;二是营造适宜的双语教学环境,建立有效的双语教学机制;三是认清存在的问题,即教材的选择,学生语言水平和双语教学教师的语言应用能力,并能自如运用汉语、英语进行专业课教学的的能力,达到双赢的目的。As the medical technology and level in line with international standards, it is requirement that medical staff should use English in the education, which brings huge difficulties to teachers. In the current circumstances, it is hard to solve the three problems just like start, promotion, interim. There are three methods to solute the dififculty. First of all, in order to master the teaching skills, it is necessary to strengthen teachers' training bilingual teaching of medical workers and transform teaching concepts. Secondly, it should establish an effective mechanism of bilingual teaching so as to build suitable bilingual teaching environment. Thirdly, it is to identify existing problems, namely, the choice of teaching book, students' language level and teachers' language application ability, who could freely use Chinese, English ability in the professional course teaching, so as to achieve the goal of win-win.
