摘　　要：本文描述了国家新闻出版广电总局2014版《广播电视安全播出管理规定IPTV集成播控平台、网络电视台实施细则》的修订背景、目标、过程及修订重点。The 2014 version of Provisions on the Administration of Safe Broadcasting for Radio and Television has been established by SAPPRFT. This paper describes the revision background, objectives, process and key revision of the provisions＇ implementation rules for IPTV integrated broadcsating ＆ control platform and internet radio and TV station.
