视频与电视技术发展带来的若干思考

摘　　要：本文客观地对视频与电视技术的发展历程,并结合我国电视技术的发展史,进行了客观地梳理与评述,指出视频压缩编码标准是引领电视技术的发展引擎,目前4K显示与4G通信技术在应用上相得益彰,有线/地面数字电视、网络电视等多元化以适应客户端需求,且各自尚有较大发展潜力和规范的必要,国际上H.265以及我国最新的AVS2以其出色性能必将代替H.264作为新一代视频编码标准,所有都将进一步推进电视技术的快速发展。The paper discussed objectively the development process of video and television technology combining with the history of television technology, and pointed out that video coding standard was leading the development of television technology engine. Currently, 4K display and 4G communication technologies complement each other in the application. Video formats, digital TV, Internet TV, etc. develope to suit the needs of the client, and they will have greater development potential and be normalized necessarily. The international standard of the latest H.265 and our AVS2 will replace the H.264 as a new generationd standard. And all will further promote the rapid development of TV technology.
