摘　　要：通过查阅相关文献和归纳总结,对近年来中药和保健品非法添加化学药物的类别、检测技术和发展方向、监管对策等多方面进行综述。常用于添加的化学药物主要包括增强性功能、镇静催眠、抗糖尿病、抗病毒、抗生素、解热镇痛和抗炎、糖皮质激素、镇咳、抗高血压、减肥和抑制胃酸分泌等类别的药物,涉及的检测方法包括理化分析法、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用法、气相色谱仪-质谱联用法、毛细管电泳色谱法、离子迁移色谱法、红外光谱法(包括近红外光谱法)和拉曼光谱法等。理化分析和薄层色谱法只能用于初筛;对于现场快速分析和筛查,红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法、中空纤维膜液相微萃取-车载高效液相色谱法等方法较为适用;对于实验室的精确筛查和定量,可结合使用高效液相色谱法和液相色谱-质谱联用等方法。除了发展检测技术,从多方面加强监管也极为重要。Literature analysis and review on the chemical substances illegally adulterated in nese medicines and he stances ented. the analytical alth foods were conducted, and the research advances on the adulterated methods and technical development directions as well as the supervision strate traditional Chichemical subgies were pres- The results indicated that the aduherated chemical substances mainly included sexual function enhancing drugs, sedativeypnotic anti-inflammatory drugs, acid s tograp ecretion inhibiting drugs, antidiabetic drugs, antiviral drugs, antibiotics, antipyretic drugs, analgesics and glucocorticoids, antitus drugs. The analytical m sive drugs, antihypertensive drugs, weight-loss drugs, and gastric ethods involved the physico-chemical analysis, thin layer chromahy （TLC） analysis, high-performance liquid chromatography analysis, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, gas ion mobility chrom Raman spectroscop For the fast site an chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, capillary electrophoresis chromatography analy atography analysis, infrared spectroscopy （including near-infrared spectroscopy） analysis Y al SlS an analysis. Physico-chemical and TLC analysis could only be used for the preliminary screening ysis and screening, IR, RS and hollow fiber solvent microextraction-mobile HPLC are suitable choices. HPLC and LC-MS/MS techniques are suitable for the accurate laboratory screening and quantitative analysis. In addition to the development of analytical techniques, it is also very important to strengthen the supervisions of illegally adulterated chemical substances.
