洛阳地区重复献血人群分布状况统计分析

摘　　要：目的了解洛阳地区2008-2013年重复献血人群的构成分布特点,为建立一支快速有效的固定献血者队伍提供科学依据。方法对本地区2008-2013年重复献血人群的相关资料进行统计分析。结果 2008-2013年重复献血次数占51.6%。重复献血人群中男女比例为1.99:1;35-46岁年龄组最高79 379人次(38.3%);职业划分中农民占比例最多63 228人次(30.5%);文化教育统计初中及以下人群比例最多为77 740人次(37.5%)。结论应加强对企事业单位、学校、医疗机构等高学历人群的无偿献血宣传工作,进一步提高适龄公民参与无偿献血的积极性和主动性。Objective To investigate the demographic characteristics of repeat blood donors in Luoyang from 2008 to2013 in order to provide a scientific basis to promote the enthusiasm of voluntary blood donation for public and to recruit a feasible and organized force made of fixed donors. Methods The relevant demographic information of repeat blood donors in Luoyang from 2008 to 2013 was collected and analyzed by statistical software. Results From 2008 to 2013,the number of repeat blood donors accounted for 51. 6% 。The proportion of the population of men and women repeat blood donors was 1. 99：1. The 35 to 46 age group had the highest proportion of 79 379（ 38. 3%）. Farmers accounted for the highest proportion of30. 5% at 63 228,among people of various occupations. In terms of education level,people with a junior high school education level and below comprised the highest proportion of blood donors at 77 740（ 37. 48%）. Conclusion The distribution of demographic characteristics,such as gender,age,occupation,education level varies widely in Luoyang repeat donors.Depending on the demographic information,donor enrollment promotion was suggested to focus more on people from enterprises,institutions,schools,medical institutions with higher education level. To further enhance participation for all walks of lives is key to ensure the blood safety and accelerate the development of voluntary blood donation.
